Announcement PDF Sandra Birkensleigh retires as Chair and Non-Executive Director of MyState; Vaughn Richtor reassumes Chair 1 June 2026 – MyState Limited (ASX: MYS) announces that Ms Sandra Birkensleigh has informed the Board of her decision to retire, effective 30 June 2026, following 11 years of service to the Group. Ms Birkensleigh said: “It has been an honour to serve both the shareholders of Auswide Bank and the shareholders of the merged group during a transformational period. Following the successful merger between Auswide Bank and MyState in February 2025, the Group has significantly progressed the integration program and established strong foundations for future growth and continued success. I retire confident that MyState is well positioned for its next phase as a larger, more diversified financial services group with clear priorities and positive momentum. I am confident the business is in very good hands and wish the Board, management, employees and shareholders continued success.” Following receipt of Ms Birkensleigh’s notice, the Board has reappointed Non-Executive Director Mr Vaughn Richtor as Chair, effective 1 July 2026. Mr Richtor joined the MyState Limited Board in September 2019 and served as Chair from April 2022 to February 2025. He has played a key role in the Group’s strategic development, including the merger with Auswide Bank, and brings deep knowledge of the business and its strategic priorities, providing continuity of leadership. Mr Richtor said: “On behalf of the Board, I thank Sandra for her significant contribution and leadership over more than a decade of service. We wish her well for the future.
