The decision follows the merger with Auswide Bank in February 2025 and subsequent completion of a tender process for MyState Group’s external audit arrangements. MyState advises that it has received the resignation of Wise Lord and Ferguson, effective today, following consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
